Biliana Kotsakova is a lawyer with over 25 years of experience with expertise in European law. She works on several projects which highlight her causes for human rights and preservation of the historical transmission. Legal actions led by her have led to the preservation of important infrastructures in Bulgaria and she closely follows the process of asylum status attribution.
